ParentKlub had the opportunity to sit down with the founder of FamsyMall for a candid conversation about the story behind the brand, the challenges of creating for both kids and parents, and what’s next for their journey.

 

1. Can you tell us the story behind FamsyMall? What inspired you to start the brand?

 

At the time, customization was not yet a mainstream trend. I saw an opportunity to modernize the gifts and merchandise industry by offering products that not only looked beautiful but also carried a personal touch. My vision was to create unique, meaningful gifts that people would treasure and truly want to keep—transforming the way people think about gifting.

2. Was there a defining moment when you realized FamsyMall was resonating with people?

 

Yes—when we launched our signature tote bag. It quickly became a bestseller and continues to be one of our most popular items today. What made it stand out was our unique print technology that allows us to produce fully printed, designer-quality bags with no minimum order quantity—making customization accessible to everyone.

3. What makes FamsyMall different from other brands in the kids & family space?

 

We focus on creating products that blend style, quality, and personalization. From customized toddler bags to drinkware, everything we offer can be personalized for free, without requiring bulk orders. This accessibility sets us apart—we want families to enjoy premium, customized items effortlessly.

4. How does FamsyMall cater to both kids and parents in terms of product design and experience?

 

We design with both audiences in mind. For kids, we prioritize fun, colorful, and playful designs, while for parents we create more elegant, timeless options. We also offer products that can be paired into matching sets—like our drinkware and signature tote bags—so families can share a sense of togetherness through their everyday items.

5. What do you consider when designing products for children versus parents?

 

Children gravitate toward cute, bright, and playful designs, whereas adults usually prefer subtler colors and sleek, sophisticated aesthetics. We carefully balance these preferences so each product feels meaningful and stylish for its intended user.

6. In what ways do your products help create special moments between parents and children?

 

Personalization plays a big role—kids love seeing their names on their belongings, and parents love gifting something so personal. We also offer DIY sticker packs, such as our Stixky sets, which let parents and children decorate their drinkware together. It’s more than just a product—it becomes a bonding activity and a shared memory.

7. Are there any new product lines or expansions you’re excited about?

 

Absolutely! We’re taking customization to the next level with more bag options, expanded drinkware lines, and even add-on patches and color variations. Beyond products, our growth includes expanding our retail presence—we’re already in three malls and plan to be in 15 malls by the end of 2026, giving families the chance to experience customization instantly in-store.

8. What’s your favorite product you’ve created and why?

 

I’d have to say our drinkware and accessories series. Not only are they made with high-grade stainless steel to keep drinks hot or cold for over eight hours, but customers can fully personalize them—choosing bottle colors, caps, bases, and even adding accessories. They combine practicality, quality, and creativity at a very competitive price point, making them one of our proudest achievements.
